ADA Parking Lot Compliance

ADA Parking Striping Services

Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), commercial parking lots must meet established accessibility standards. Ensuring your property is accessible to everyone starts before customers ever walk through the door — it starts in the parking lot.

Under Pressure works with businesses nationwide to provide properly marked ADA parking spaces and compliant access routes, ramps, and pathways, helping you maintain a safe and fully accessible property.

Is Your Parking Lot Following ADA-Compliant Protocol?

ADA compliance must be considered every time a parking lot is striped. This includes determining the required number of accessible spaces and placing them along the most direct accessible route to the entrance. Under Pressure ensures your lot meets federal standards.
